Rental rates for the whole unit:

– From June 15th, 2016 to August 31st, 2016 = US$ 261.00 per night.

– From September 01st 2015 to October 31st, 2016 = US$ 217.00 per night.

If the condo is rented not as a whole unit, for example, the two bedroom apartment (accommodate 4 persons) and the standard room separately (accommodate 2 persons ) the rates for each unit are the following.

Two bedroom unit:

– from May 01st ,2016 to June 14th, 2016 = US$ 194.00 US per night.

– from June 15th, 2016 to August 31st, 2016 = US$ 238.00 US per night.

– from September 1st, 2016 till October 31st,2016 = US$ 194.00 US per night.

The one bedroom unit:

– from May 01st, 2016 to June 14th, 2016 = US$ 70.00 US per night.

– from June 15th, 2016 to August 31st, 2016 = US$ 87.00 US per night.

– from September 1st, 2016 to October 31st,2016 = US$ 70.00 US per night.
