Cabarete, ‘the well-known surfer’s town’  is close by at approx. 15mins.

There are no homeowners fees attached to this property, but the owners have a gardener, a maid, and security.
Outside of the home is a pool house which currently easily dines 6-8 persons. There is a further covered area, within this building, to develop a full outside kitchen. The pool is fully tiled with varying depths and steps down into it.

Also outside a separate casita currently is used by staff and for the purposes of housing tools etc.  There is also a gardener’s toilet. The property also has a carport.
