Vacation Rental Villa located in the most prestigious and secure gated community on the North Coast and conveniently located between Cabarete and Sosua.

This home and a large swimming pool were designed as the centerpiece of a large property surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the horse fields.
The villa features a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen and double bed that can be transformed into a bunk for the kids. Bedroom 3 features a 4-poster queen bed. Bedroom 4 is semi-detached with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, with a private deck overlooking the pool and gardens. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The community offers numerous upscale amenities including a world-class Equestrian center providing stunning beach riding excursions, a beach club featuring an Arizona-design swimming pool with waterfalls and grotto, three private beaches, a tennis center, and a fine restaurant built over the coral on the edge of the Atlantic with stunning ocean views… and all just a few minutes’ walks from your villa.

Off resort and within a short driving distance, guests can experience world-class golf, one of the world’s finest and well-known surf and kite-boarding locations in nearby Cabarete, numerous organized off-property excursion options, and great shopping. There are also several large supermarkets nearby.

In Cabarete, guests can enjoy a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and excellent nightlife all located within a walking strip on the beach.

The villa includes gardener and maid services. On request, we prepare breakfast and popular local dishes for our guests.
